The app itself has some killer UX behind it. Screenshots and recordings sit at the corner of your monitor until you're ready to use them. Other little niceties are in there, like customizing how it treats window grabs. Just really nice as hell all the way around.

I find it so amazing to be able to use tools like CleanShot to share quick thoughts rather than having to jump on "quick calls". This allows for better (+async) communication! You can always jump on a call if it's really needed, but you can share so much more way earlier.

If you build software and don't use CleanShot, you should give it a try immediately. It's stupidly well built and even supports Loom style videos now, except it's blazing fast, feels as simple as taking a screenshot, is very cheap, and has some great features few others have.
