When purchasing a CleanShot license, you will get a free CleanShot Cloud account. However, using CleanShot Cloud isn't required to use the app or any other features. It's only used for screenshot uploading.

CleanShot requires macOS 13.0 or newer. Some OCR languages may require the latest macOS version to work properly.

The 4.8.10 version was the last one to support macOS Catalina (10.15). The 4.8.4 version was the last one to support macOS Mojave (10.14). The 4.1 version was the last one to support macOS Sierra (10.12) and macOS High Sierra (10.13). If you need a download link to these versions, please contact us.

After a successful purchase, you get an email from Paddle with the receipt and your unique license key. Make sure to also check your Spam folder. If you still can’t find it, go to the License Manager and follow the instructions.

You can generate an invoice yourself using the View Invoice button at the bottom of your email with your receipt which you receive after a successful purchase. If you can't find the email, go to the License Manager and follow the instructions.

There's no Windows version and at the moment there are no plans on releasing one.

All you need to do is activate the app on your new Mac with your license key. The old machine will be automatically deactivated. If you have a license for multiple Macs, you can manage the active devices using the License Manager.

You can add more seats to your license using the License Manager.
